Episode 3 - Descent Original Air Date: June 21, 2002 An abandoned Goa'uld mothership has mysteriously arrived near Earth. Episode 4 - Frozen Original Air Date: June 28, 2002 A team of scientists, working in the ice where the second Stargate was discovered in Antarctica (back in Season 1's Solitudes), uncover a woman frozen in the ice. The SG-1 team travels to Antarctica to aid in the investigation, but they are soon infected with a mysterious disease.

Episode 9 - Allegiance Original Air Date: August 9, 2002 On Earth's new offworld base, which has also become a refuge to the rebel Jaffa, a group of Tok'ra arrive after being attacked by the Goa'uld. Almost immediately, tensions arise between the Tok'ra and Jaffa, when it is discovered that someone has been murdering people in the camp.
