god i loved this episode this was the 1st episode my mum saw and she likes stargate now because my mum wont sit down and watch any star trek with me like my dad does but my mum will sit down and watch stargate with me she really likes teal'c.

This has to be one of the funniest episodes ever! The bit where O'Neil reads the book really fast and Daniel tries and can't - O'Neil says "Do you want me to read to you?" Excellent!

I loved that scene where Jack was able to read so fast and Daniel was feeling left out!! Jack kills me with his antics, I know he did not mean to hurt that poor guy siler, but it was funny. I felt so bad for Daniel trying to make it out with the booty and losing the upgrade. Very good story.

this was a brilliant episode but i didnt like anise/freya ive got nothing against vanessa angel i just dont like her character anise.

yeah it was a cool episode buit anise just didnt feel like the right character i felt like it should of been jacob or martouf. |

This has got to be my favourite episode of all - I just wish they could have shown the entire fight scene in the restaurant - Daniel Jackson in Superman mode would be a truly awesome sight!
 The entire episode was witty with numerous comic asides, full of action and it introduced a new and totally different type of Tok'ra character - one who is serious, highly educated and dedicated to her work, but at the same time very, very sexy.  |

 vanessa angel is just stargates answer to star treks 7 of 9 if vanessa had a more intresting character then im shore i would like her but god i hate anise/freya.  |

I can see your point, but I haven't seen her in a while, it seems with the Tok'ra we get a different one every so often, the only one who stays it carters dad, for obvious reasons!!! I would of thought they would of had like a permenant person to liase with Earth!

I am male and I actually thought that she was more attractive in the next episode (404) when she brings the body back to the SGC so that Teal'c can do the last rights or whatever - and at this point she is wearing a full robe thing with the only thing you can see of her is from the neck up! And in terms of the brawl, what about the fact that Sam was cleaning the table at pool with this guy who thought he was hot. That was way cool too! |

Good episode, anise is nothing but trouble. I liked how carter hustled the people at the bar playing pool. Noticed when she made 3 balls at once she grabbed a bill off the table! HA!

 anywawy do you know when the armbands fail and switch off sort of and sams on one side and jacks on the other side of that shiwel thingy when sam told him to leave did he scream no! really loudly cause in divide and conquer they show him shouting no! |

"What? I like the taste." Diet pop is nasty. This episode was great because SG-1 became super-people. Sam should have built a few dozen naquada reactors while in speedy mode to save time in the future. I like how she typed so fast the computer took a long time to catch up to her. I wanna be able to do that! |

it's normal for Sam to win at pool, since pool is the optics applied. Pure physics. The way spheres interact and bounce plastically off surfaces.
I like the armbands. I like Vanessa Angel better. But I wouldn't wear an armband, it's too artificial. |
