I liked how much the SGC staff really gave that reporter a hard time. They don't play well with others--do they?

I liked the fact that they brought in the cameras because something of this magnitude would be recorded for history, so it seems reasonable.

I love the fact that all the archeologists seem as danger-prone as Daniel. If there was an alien probe, leave it to the nerd to find it.

I adored the interactions amoung the SG-13 team members. They really seemed to connect well and in an amazingly short time on screen.

I disliked how little action there was. I agree with Aesir here. This just felt like one giant set up for part two.

Just for Mithwriter: As far as bad luck goes, I wouldn't worry about being on SG-13, I would worry about being on SG-11; that team has been totally wiped out TWICE. Given a choice between a little triskaidekaphobia and joining a team with that track record, I'd get over fearing the number 13 really quickly.

Just watched "2010" on Monday night stargate. Every main cast member either dies or is dead in this episode except for Janet, who goes through the stargate. And now Janet is the only main cast member who is dead. Isn't it weird how things turn out?

I love how Jack, Daniel, and Teal'c, each in their own way, gave the film crew trouble! I think it just showed how unique their characters really are! The only thing, I did not like about the film crew being there, was at times things seemed to be hard to follow, with everyone running all over and the scenes kept changing so quickly! ohmy.gif

This was a really boring episode because all it was was a bunch of cameramen following around members of the SGC but it was really really good the way that they made you really think that something big was going to happen but they ended the episode

I loved this episode, i thought that both heroes episodes were the best ones of season 7... best line in the episode is from jack "i hope that shots of my ass serve you well" haha i really liked how they (SG1) were giving that government guy a hard time when he was doing that investigation.... especially liked it when daniel says 'you fire me, you throw me in jail, you do what you want" then gets up and walks away. laugh.gif great episode!

I had been waiting for yonks for this episode, & yet this first part moved tooo slow.
I don't know wether it had something to do with the fact that the storyline was too much for 1 episode, but not quite for 2. They hadn't got enough stuff to have the first pt run for the usual episode length, so they filled the gaps with s***. & when it was full, it was too boring.
I was lucky enough to see pt 2 on the same night (love the idea of having 2 eps each Thurs.)- but i was forced to watch it on a little tv (as i was on holidays down at the beach, & the tv where we were staying was small).
Even though i was away for 2 weeks, I was lucky enough to only watch these 2 down there (it wasn't on the 2nd week i was down there!)

I REALLY liked getting to see another team off world, and at that, they didn't find any aliens which was really cool. They need to show more of those kind of funny "I win" (the daniel of their team) kind of missions.

These two episodes are my favorites of Season 7.
I'm a HUGE fan of Saul Rubinek (Artie on Warehouse 13)
He was also in one of the best episodes of the new version of The Outer Limits...

This episode and Part II are some of the better episodes of season 7. The janet Frasier part is memorable and tragic. This season ending was done with the idea that the series would not continue past season 7. IMO, it should have ended after seaon 8, but I know that others disagree. wink.gif
