Is it just me or did the whole super-soldier remind you of old Darth Vader, i mean apart from the obviously black armor look and all. Breathing aparatus, fused into the suit etc... Did anyone else notice this...??

JUst watched this episode again, gotta love Daniel indiana jones ing his way around Houndouras.
I forgot how much firepower a Super Solider can take that's alot explosives, when they get the super solider to speak it's quite animal like. |

Evolution pt 1 is one of my favourite episodes for season 7. The introduction of the super soldier was a brilliant scene and the look on Bra' tac's face was just priceless.

Just watched this episode today on SCI-FI during their daylong marathon. Trying to figure out where this ancient device might be, Daniel remembers his grandfather Nick, who had been doing some research into it. Daniel mentioned Nick and goes to his own lab and grabs papers and books to help show where he thinks the device is located. This would have been a perfect episode to mention what had happened to Nick and the "giant aliens." But, they did not.

This would only leave other humans (maybe Asguard? The Asgard would probably break themselves. haha This would have been a perfect episode to mention what had happened to Nick and the "giant aliens." But, they did not. I was totally wondering what happened to Nick and those giant aliens last week! |

I was totally wondering what happened to Nick and those giant aliens last week! Nothing happened, TPTB left that particular thread hanging. Michale Shanks proposed a storyline to tie up the thread but it was rejected. What with the recent death of Jan Rubes, it will never happen now. |

What with the recent death of Jan Rubes, it will never happen now. I know, but as I said in this episode they could have just taken a few minutes to say, "Nick came back, had tons of info to share, and no they were not the YOU KNOW WHO!" |
