Hmmm, I think you're right Auntie (as always)... but I couldn't leave it unsolved completely...

So, I rewatched the scene, and made a screenshot of that... Now the question is, if I am allowed to post the image into this thread... image from the episode...

OK, here it goes...

In my opinion, either Shadow was fooled by the poster on the back which would not belong to a Playboy mag anyway, you can see those on TV schedule mags even, or didn't read the title of the mag, or he posted that on purpose... hmmm

Is that even a real magazine or one of the made up ones they so often do on Stargate?

I wouldn't know if it's real... I'm really far away from the place where they film the show... I'm guessing it's not... but actually I have no idea...

EDIT: Google search on "Gracked" came empty

It was a bit entertaining to see 'little' O'Neill, I liked this episode very much. Before the start flick, when they put the camera right in front of the kid, and he said that it's Jack, I was "Yea, I saw that coming". But to actually see an Asgard behind all those "alien kidnapping" stories has taken me by surprise. I gotta say that the name of the Asgard was also funny. Loki reminded me of "loco" - insane. 1.gif

Loki was a God of the Norse. He was the God of mischief, was a trickster and a master of deception.

I really liked the mini-O'Neill storyline, and must wonder why they never revisited that... Heh, mini-O'Neill could probably have ended up with Cassandra...

I thought it was odd that the pilots in the 302 briefing all snapped to just because the kid said something about it not saying Colonel on his uniform. Why would they believe it just because he had an attitude?

I experience that at work all the time. When you're assertive people assume that you must be right, or in charge. When I get blow back resistance , I just have to get a little demonstrative, the guys seems to listen more than when I am being polite.

EDIT:had to change words as to not get Janos going.

EDIT2: nevermind.
