QUOTE(magnavox @ Jun 23rd 2005, 11:25 PM) Here's all the guys fantasising about Janet and Sam getting it on for seven years. What do we get? The centre of a doughnut. Not fair that the girls get guys kissing in some scenes (yes, there is more than one). I guess we guys will get what we want when we see Sam, Vala and Annise all wresting in a ring of jello. |

i hope you are joking!
MaKay snogs Beckett? that is something i'd rather NOT see. i know it's meant to be the woman inside MaKay but still..... not an image i wanna see teyla and weir...... well that is an entirely different story. |

QUOTE teyla and weir...... well that is an entirely different story. You know Doc, I believe that's the most sensible thing that you've ever said. Though I know one that's far better again, Teyla & Me! This post has been edited by JamesyBHOY: Jun 23rd 2005, 6:25 PM |

Of course you have said sensible stuff before, Just this really clicked with me!
Better yet, Teyla x Weir + JamesyBHOY = Me I'm not saying she isn't hot. Just that there are nicer ones ahead of her in my list. Chaya Heightmeyer/Teyla Melia Ayianna Allina Perna Sora Sanir Weir I'm sure you'd have your list but like you I wouldn't turn down a free shot! James
In other words James. When I look at your list. Basically you are saying that if Weir was the last um.......Ok its hard for me because I want to say something that is NC-60 but I would only get in trouble. ..... Ok lets try again. If Weir was the last woman on the face of the earth you would still have trouble bangi...... er.......have trouble making love to her. But you would sacific and do it for the good of all man kind. Take one for the Gyper. Eh? Question there James. Would you do the original Weir ....I mean... would you put the original Weir higher on that list of yours? |

Spotted a goof in this episode. When Dr. Weir talks to Ronan Dex she refers to "Major Sheppard". By this episode Sheppard is a Lt. Colonel.
I'm also a bit miffed about Ronan's hairdo. He has rasta hair, which is the hairdo of a typical Earth culture (which doesn't have an origin in pre-christ civilisations). But he's kind of cool so he'll be a great asset. I hope he'll have the same reserved sense of humor which Teal'c has. |

I cant wait to see the interaction between McKay and Zelenka. They way they always bitch and moan at each other should make this enjoyable. This eposide should be halirious. It hasn't come out over here in Aus yet, but this site keeps me sane until it does.

This episode did remind me of Lifeboat and I found myself wondering something: McKay and Cadman started having trouble staying in the body. Granted they both were dominant personalities whereas Daniel's was supressed while the others took turns taking over, leaving only one person dominant at a time but what I want to know is why Daniel and the others didn't have the same problem as McKay and Cadman?
From my point of view, the premise is still the same. More than one consciousness is inhabiting the body at the same time so why didn't Daniel's or Pharrin's inhabitants have trouble holding on and causing brain seizures? Furthermore, why couldn't Beckett pick up an extra signal the way Frasier picked up all twelve? The wraith dart, from what I gathered during the ep, is a matter-to-energy converter not an astral projecter or something like that. So, there should be something to indicate Cadman's presence. Maybe the dart tried to rematerialize them both, despite the fact that Zalenka thought he could just rematerialize one, and it rematerialized just that part of her. In which case the extra bit of energy signature would be noticed. She doesn't exist from nothing. As we've seen before in stargate, people's mind's were removed or copied, etc and conveniently stored like a backed up file because they exist as energy of some sort but energy that was measurable. So why wasn't Cadman? Maybe the writers were just trying for the whole race against time aspect but didn't want to repeat the episode entirely from any other show. Maybe the difference lies in the fact Daniel's residents were dominant one at a time. Although, I did think it was neat that Rodney brought up a previous ep of sg-1 in order to solve the problem. To think he and Carter differed so much about that and it winds up saving both he and Cadman. But I do have issues with Rodney's soultuion too and I'm not even going to get started on that. This post is long enough. Too long. On a side note, though I for one would have found more believable and more hysterical if McKay and Cadman had been stuck like that for a couple of episodes. But that's just me. |
