The one thing I have noticed is that the birthday thing still isn't working. Even though members have birthdays, which you can check on calendar, it still shows on the main forum page that no members are having birthdays.

If you look at your current rank it is a little blue square. Those are the pips people are talking about. If you get a few more posts it goes to the air force ranking symbols. The old ranking system use to be all blue squares until you were a Lt JG.

As far as our standing in the forums being based on quality of posts not quantity....well, thank heavens for that little revelation 'cause I've been one star since (looks at sig)...well, awhile.
