If you have pretended to be god, no matter if you pretended to be good god. I am pretty sure those peoples you have been misleading will be pretty pist when they learn the truth. Of course if you manage to live through the first few weeks or months after revealing the truth, those peoples "might" start to see difference between you and what you used to be while the snake was still inside of you... But still they will propably be pretty damn pist for the fact that you pretended to be god at all... But during those first weeks or months they will propably be so pist they simply will not acknowledge that there is any difference. They will attack you and if you don't fight back then you will die and if you do fight back then they will no doubt use that as a proof that you are still the same and you truly deserve to die... They want some spacecoat whom they can blame and you are perfect one for that... So you will Burn... One way or the other! I seriously doubt they'd want to kill me. All I'd be doing is helping them, God or not. I think they'd appreciate that I don't send innocent jaffa into naquada mine and allow them to live their lives out relatively unhindered, because they'd probably be suspicious if I stop annual rituals and such. Obviously this is a point you'll never accept because you seem to be locked in a POV that everyone should be punished for posing as a god even if they do it to help people. I agree that posing as a god is wrong, its outright blasphemy but its better than dieing trying to explaining your innocence and since its a mutually beneficial arrangement, everyone benefits. I don't die and they live a better life. |

I would try to escape. Number one, I could not see myself posing as a false god. Number Two, I would not want to tell "my" people that I am a false god...they will kill me instantly. I would just try to get as far away as I could and start a new life for myself...

I’d move to P3C-117, make a little place on the far side of the Forrest,
get Frida to move in with me, and have a pet Fenri. |

I would tell them the false god is dead and then help the people to advance their society so they would be able to defend themselves from other goa'uld. Also, as i am Harlan, I would probably make robots

I would tell them the false god is dead and then help the people to advance their society so they would be able to defend themselves from other goa'uld. Also, as i am Harlan, I would probably make robots How you you explain the false god is dead when they will clearly see that god standing in front of them? You will only be lucky if they consider that your decision to help them will be considered a test for their faith, otherwise they would flame you. Since Harlan had his mind transfered to a robot as well, and you said you are Harlan, you would had never been dominated by a Goa'uld, thus your post would have no sense with this argument standing. I honestly thought this thread was referring to the goa'uld Yu. Ha,ha.
Well, I'd be honorable and tell 'em that there was an alien inside of me and blah. Perhaps the people would like to be friends? Otherwise I'd probably have a dozen pitchforks heading my way. That would suck. QUOTE How you you explain the false god is dead when they will clearly see that god standing in front of them? Show 'em the snake and point at my head. That's what I'd do. xD This post has been edited by linda_lol: Sep 29th 2007, 12:08 AM |

I'd tell them their god must leave for a time, and leave and never come back. Hopefully find a safehaven somewhere. Maybe on one of the Asgard protected planets where you're least likely to be recognized?
