I get the feeling somebody at Bridge Studios just has a big mouth. They saw those scenes being filmed on the stage, and decided to release the info.

Which is why i only linked to the article and not quoted it. I shouldn't have read it and i'm going to ignore anything to do with S5 apart from the episode names and the cast announcement on Monday |

So if it doesn't begin filming until next month, then would it have been, like, somebody in props or stunts having recieved an advance copy of their scripts? WTF?
Thats just odd, and, really, is too selective to be a broad summary. |

Are you sure this is season 5? I'm asking because it sounds like the previews for next week's episode that I just saw at the end of this week's Outcast.

Looks like the debate about the leader in season 5 is over. Kind of glad Sam is still there, changing the cast every season doesn't do anything to help the show.

They need to settle things down and not shift things around. It will be interesting with Teyla having a child. Does she go off-world and leave her child with, who, Keller? She realizes that she can't jeopardize herself, her unborn child and the team right now, but what happens once the child is born? She hasn't found the father to leave the child with. Most women continue on in their chosen profession after childbirth, but most women do not do the dangerous missions that Teyla does. I can see her asking John to act as godfather, or the Athosian's equivalent. But if they are both off-world, anything can happen. She doesn't have any of her people presently around. I have a hunch this is going to be a question that will be ongoing for her. I can also see her going off-world and her child becoming like a mascot for all of Atlantis, and they take turns taking care of the child. |

That wouldn't exactly bring stability.
If Canaan survives and ocmes to Atlantis, that would be a solution. But if he dies, then Teyla should find a permanent babysitter from the Atlantis expedition to take care of her daughter. It would be the first baby human born on Atlantis probably... |

If McKay births the baby (as has been alluded to) it's likely cause Keller isn't there. If Keller isn't there, either she, or Mckay and Teyla are offworld.
Given the odds, I'd say Teyla's little one won't be born ON Atlantis... |

I think what Daf and I are saying is that constant changes in leadership does nothing for the show. They had Weir for 3 years. Now they have had Carter for 1. Just leave it alone for awhile. I think the way they resolve Teyla having a child should prove interesting. I don't know if Kanan will survive or not. I'm hoping that they will find some of her people. If that's the case, she may decide to have one of them take care of her child. |

We do not discuss illegal methods of acquiring episodes on this site. Thank you Revan for saying that nicely and clearly! Edit: I forgot, I also don't want to be surprised unexpectedly because someone doesn't know how to use the spoiler tags. This post has been edited by IndyJan: Jul 7th 2008, 4:53 PM |

Well this is the spoilers thread, so I reckon it's better to stay away from the entire set of topics if you don't want to be spoiled. |
