With all the strain from the flight and the beam the ep ends with the shield collapsing and the city taking a direct hit. End Episode See You in 6 Months ] because according to Gateworld 4x01 will be titled Adrift, so that title seems to fit, with my theory, but will have to wait to find out

Gateworld says "The episode premieres in Canada in a little over two weeks; on Sky in the U.K. in March; and on SCI FI Channel in the Unite States in June" I'm not sure if those premiere dates are accurate

They fly the apollo to the asuran homeworld and bomb it with 6 mark 9 nuclear warheads. When they get to the planet they launch the warheads and all of them hit the clone atlantis' that the asurans are building a fleet with, and destroy them. sheppard stays behind at the planet in a cloaked jumper while the apollo jumps into hyperspace comming back an hour later to pick up sheppard then they go back to atlantis. while they are taking about how the attack went, an object had been detected exiting hyperspace into an orbit around the planet. it looks like a cyclinder with a stargate at the end of it. the apollo get closer for a closer for a better look. then the stargate on the satalite comes on and a red laser shoots out and hits the apollo causing the sheilds to sustain damage but they move oout of the way. then the satalite turns and starts shooting at atlantis. the shields are raised and no damage is done. Atlantis trys to comunicate witht the people shooting the weapon. They contact the people and come to find it is the asurans and they will not stand down. since atlantis cant shoot it down b/c it has a sheild around it they decide to sink the city like the ancients did to try to get the water to dispurse the laser beam so they dont deplete the zpm by keeping the sheild on. They get the city on the bottom but the laser still shoots through the water and only buys them 9 more hours. The team desides that they only way to get away from the laser is to fly the city away from the planet and land on another one. to block the laser while they take off so they can get more power to the engines is to drag an asteroid from a near by asteroid belt infront of the beam. since atlantis only has one zpm they have to attach a power cable from the power generation station on the bottom of the ocean to atlantis so they can take off. when the fly out of the water they realize that there is not enough power to get in to space unless they turn off the sheild, so they do. With the extra power they almost get in to space and start to reactivate the sheild but the laser eats through the asteroid too fast and grazes' the main tower just as the sheild closes, injuring everybody in the control tower(weir, mckay, zelenka, ronnan...). shepard , using the chair, flys the city into hyperspace then rushing to the control room to see who was hurt. when he gets there the city exits hyperspace way before it was supposed to. mckay checks things out and figures out that too much power was used and they war floating in the middle of nowhere with only 24 hours of power left. admin edit: placed comments in spoiler tags due to user complaints. however, this is the SPOILERS AREA, so WTF?

I know its a small screen but its worth it. We have destroyed exactly 1 Orii ship, and the Jaffa killed the crew of another, but it still works. We destroyed the Asuran Atlantis type city-ship- that counts for more than one, but I wont count it as such. We have directly destroyed 5 hives and caused the destruction of up to 3 others. Plus we have without a ship destroyed dozens of Goa'uld motherships. We destroyed about 30 Goa'uld Hat'taks and one super Mothership at Antarctica. So we have a really good track record. slip in here, there were acyually 2 Super motherships. Apophsis' one that flex in to Sokar's old planet and yes Anubis' mother ship over Antarctica.
