i know this might sound out of bounds and maybe even get a cpl of ppl questioning my sanity...........but sincerely since the name FURLINGS has been mentioned in the stargate series there hasn't been much development on tht story...........who know in a bizzare twist they might end up as the enemies

A virus targeted to kill those without the ancient gene would be created by an enemy of the wraith. Such a virus would kill the wraith food supply, hence killing the wraith. Why spare the ancients? The creator of the virus may have been allied with the ancients, but not with the humans they created. Though the galaxy had no life and the ancients created it, probably with a device like that on Dekara. So, I cannot expect there being anything other than ancient, wraith, and human in pagasus. Therefore, Michael's enemy is the wraith because being human for a short time made him realize how great we are!

the wraith make the whole alliance thing and give atlantis their ship schematics with a virus uploaded on it just so they can get the location of earth and go there. They also capture mckay and ronin on their ship as the wraith betray the alliance they made with atlantis and take ronin and mckayas prisoners.
