QUOTE The obvious mystery in this, is this: In Duet we see McKay pass out, twice, after he is beamed out from the dart, once on the planet, once in the Atlantis lab... Now, when Sheppard beams out the "bla-bla-bla team of Ford", they are all ok, and don't pass out... and what a damn coincidence that all three members who fall off the cliff are Ford's team members... Now, was the passing out bit fixed up by McKay on the planet? Cause that was never mentioned... Or is this a good nitpick? At the start of the episode Mckay says "its the enzyme, makes you almost immune to Wraith stunners, so when you rematerlized from the Wraith Dart your awake as opposed to dead" Therefore itis the enzyme that prevents Fords little strike team from passing out. the fact that Mackay fainted in Duet and shep didn't in this one was down to the fact that shep didn't have a womans mind in his. so the wraith don't eat every human they come across... interesting. Who really thinks that ford is dead? not me |

Sorry but what has flying a dart got to do with not fainting after being beamed out of the dart? mackay fainted because he had Cadman in his head, thats my view anyway |

McKay fainted twice in Duet. Once he had Cdman in his mind, once he didn't...
Sheppard was not captured by any Dart, by this episode... so, no chance of seeing him faint by now... The ones that were in question were Ford's team after being beamed out of the Dart. And I agreed with kordone, the enzyme was the one that helped them stay focus and not faint, because of what Ford said in the beginning of the episode: because of the enzyme, when he was captured in The Runner, he was able to wake up on the hive instantly and manage to escape. |

left with a to be continued, interested in seeing how they get out of it in the next ep.
enzyme seems to be quite handy for strength, maybe re working the enzyme in the future could prove beneficial if the unwanted side effects were removed. funny to see mkay get all hyped up on the enzyme. |
