I thought it was okay. I know that RDA isn't going to be in the episodes as much, but I hope tonight's and last week's isn't going to be the norm. I hope he's in at least some of them more than he has been the past 2 episodes.

Hey, Daniel was carrying a P90!!!! I was so excited! smile.gif

I liked the end where Ryac stopped someone from helping Teal'c in a fight. The kid's instincts are good. Winning alone helped Teal'c get back his confidence. w00t.gif

Ok, for starters, I thought this has been the best episode in season 7 thus far... I have expressed my doubts about the first 2 episodes, the third episode was decent, but this one has restored my faith in the season.

I was happy to see Daniel still struggling with the memory loss, I am happy to see this is still a problem and it wasn't just a quick way to get him believably back into the series. There were some good moments that he and Teal'c shared this episode as well.

I was also happy to see some cool and calm military tactics in this one too, man Daniel and Carter sure are gettin good at sneaking around Goa'uld ships...

Overall it was a nice serious, well done, episode w/ some good heart felt moments.

I wan't to write more but I can't at the moment, seeing as I'm on 56k and my brother is waiting for a call.

I liked it, but I must admit they took a big risk stepping thru the gate without making SURE the force field was really off. I do enjoy it when CJ gets to do just more than nod his head and look imposing all the time.

I also liked this ep. I laughed as Jack tried to give Teal'c the pep talk but failed. Also the Daniel and Teal'c moments were great. We don't really see those two together enough. And they finally, FINALLY got to use some snipers and mortars. I love it. smile.gif

Look, there are dead, dying and zatted Jaffa all over the place by the end of this ep # why can't Teal'c and Bratac just grab a couple of symbiotes, stick em in the pouch and get back to 100%.
Once again, I must add, what's with Sam's hair? Have the budget cuts gotten so deep on the show that everyone has to go to Supercuts?

For some reason they don't want to be "dependant" on symbiotes, like having to shoot up every now and then or die is any better.

But am I misinterpreting the ending, I thought he was supposed to be as strong as he ever was, it was just in his head?

They makr it pretty clear that neither he nor Bratac are as resilient as another Jaffa because the other dude (can't remember his name ) is up and around while T and B are still lying around with their sippy cups.

Yeah, Daniel is getting his memories back, but I hope that they develop it all to be more than that. Imean, this feels like the last season to me and I hope they close some of the gaps # will we get to see the Furling this season?

If you recall they were saying that this drug woud release the dependancy in goa'uld's in changling (season6) so thats why, personally i see 1 major flaw in that reasoning, that one being they have to mash a goa'uld ever few weeks to make some more tritonan (seen as it is ground goa'uld) however i am hoping someone will correct me, seriously i am coz im losing sleep over this

I myself haven't seen "Changeling" or "ORpheus"

I guesss....during the processing of the snake they take out the 'addict'...'dependancy' attributes of it, then just enough for them is left for them to inject and to live on....

Makes sense to me that way...

I just downloaded and watched this episode and must say I really liked it.

I think, this is the best episode of season seven so far.

Especially the last scene with Daniel reflecting on his situation of being ascended and descended and now finally he feels like he really belongs to something. And Teal'c said, that he felt the same way. That was great, cause it brings the team together even more as they already were.

The situation of Daniel who is remembering now even parts of his time as an ascended being is now much more believable, because the memory seems to return slowly

This was probably the best episode in the 7 season so far, i was a little upset the RDA wasn't in the episode as much as i'm used to but other then that it was great. I was a good Teal'c/Daniel episode.

Oh, by the way, i read somewhere that the writers are seriously considering an 8TH season after the rating they got on the 7th season premiere! go to www.gateworld.net to read it yourself!

this was so much better than the other jaffa-centered eps. but of course i wanted to go in there and slap teal'c. i hate ppl whining like that. but the parts w/ him and daniel were cool.
i also noticed it was carter and daniel that went to the ship (w/ danny acting all military) which was odd, since oneill usually goes on those sorts of things. i think i liked it better this way. maybe it was just cause carter didn't get a whole lot of other parts.

Liked the whole "Teal'c struggle" thang and I also appreciated the great relationship developing between Teal'c and Daniel Jackson.
I was real worried that something was gonna happen to Bratac- but thankfully the writers haven't lost their minds! laugh.gif

I also miss not seeing RDA as much as before- if he's gonna cut back on his time, then thats fine, but he can't expect to maintain that "star of the show" status if he CONTINUES spending less time in the episodes than the other co-stars.

Overall though- I really really enjoyed the episode- the writing was great, the choreography was very well done/professional, and of course , (as always)the cast were fantastic. cool.gif

I liked that room full of candles. How did MS and CJ make it look like the heat didn't bother them?
